• A non-refundable 20% deposit plus all processing fees are collected at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will forfeit the 20% deposit only. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
• In the event of a Mandatory Evacuation Order issued by County officials, a pro-rated refund will be provided for any paid but unspent nights remaining after the evacuation order is issued.
• If this reservation was previously rescheduled or modified as a courtesy, no refund will be issued upon any subsequent cancellation request.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. Adding guests after the time of booking may be subject to additional fees.
