Destiny Blue uses connected tools and curated local guides where the request needs current information. Condo availability comes from the live reservation calendar. Weather and Gulf questions use current forecast or marine sources when available. Activity, flight and car-rental links open the relevant search so you can review the latest price and inventory directly.

For concerts and local events, a fresh search can take longer because dates, performers and venues need cross-checking. The answer should link its sources and distinguish a confirmed listing from an option that still needs verification. Historical seasonal context may help with a future trip, but it is not presented as a long-range forecast.

The concierge does not complete a reservation, claim that a browsing link guarantees inventory, invent a door code, or promise a discount or concession from Ozan. Existing guests should use their secure guest link for booking-specific information. Maintenance, damage, safety and serious service concerns can be escalated for human attention.

From question to completed next step

Answers should move the request forward.

For a stay search, Destiny Blue gathers or confirms dates and guest counts, checks the live calendar, identifies the available exact condo and creates the correct secure link. If a guest changes dates, returns to the original dates or changes the party size, availability is checked again before a replacement link is provided.

For flights, the assistant can use confirmed condo dates as the starting assumption and say so. Explicit flight dates override that assumption. The resulting search link lets the guest review current schedules, fares, seats and alternatives; Destiny Blue should not claim that a generated link itself proves live inventory.

For activities covered by the connected activity marketplace, a recommendation should include a relevant affiliate search or product link—even when the activity is one option in a broader rainy-day or family answer. Restaurants, free beaches and other non-bookable local ideas can still be recommended without forcing an affiliate link.

For an itinerary request, the dedicated planner is usually the better next step because it gathers the group's pace, food preferences and interests. Destiny Blue can still help refine that plan conversationally, answer follow-ups or replace an activity when weather changes.

Designed for guests, not scripts

Understanding comes before automation.

Guests repeat themselves, make small talk, change their minds and describe dates or party size casually. The assistant should interpret the meaning first and use deterministic tools for calculations, availability, links and safety rules. It should not block a repeated emergency or maintenance request simply because similar words appeared earlier.

Empathy belongs in the conversation, but empathy does not authorize money, discounts, free nights or other concessions. Destiny Blue can acknowledge frustration, explain the next practical step and invite owner help when appropriate without suggesting that Ozan or another party will compensate the guest.

When a request cannot be completed, the answer should identify what succeeded, what remains incomplete and what can happen next. A generic temporary-snag response is reserved for a genuine system failure—not for an ordinary request that can be answered from known condo, resort or booking facts.

Before arrival and during the stay

The same assistant serves two different contexts.

Before booking, the emphasis is discovery: dates, party size, exact-unit fit, the resort, destination planning and secure links. After booking, the priority shifts to the reservation and stay. Booking-specific instructions should only be exposed through the secure guest context connected to that reservation.

A public visitor asking for a door code should not receive one. The assistant can explain how the secure guest link works and alert Ozan when access trouble may need attention. A maintenance issue, reported damage, neighborhood disturbance or safety concern should receive a calm, empathetic response and remain visible for human follow-up; the system should not decide that a guest's concern is too minor to report.

Destiny Blue can collect the facts needed to help—what happened, where, whether anyone is in immediate danger and how the guest can be reached—but emergencies still require the appropriate emergency service. The concierge is support, not a replacement for 911, official beach safety personnel or medical care.
