Note: front beach umbrellas and chairs can be rented directly from Pelican Beach Resort — early booking strongly recommended during peak season.

IMPORTANT: Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.

Cancellation Policy

1. In the event Guests wishes to terminate their booking, any processing or administrative fees are non-refundable.
   • Fifty percent of the total rental amount, Prepayment, excluding any processing or administrative fees will be refunded, if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the confirmed booking and at least 30 full days prior to listing's local check-in time.
   • If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, no refund will be provided for the fees already paid by the Guest(s).
   • Refunds due to Hurricanes occur, if there is a Mandatory Evacuation Order of the property and is pro-rated to include paid but unspent nights in the property after the Mandatory Evacuation Order provided by County officials.
   • If this is a changed/rescheduled reservation where we already waived cancellation fees and rescheduled, no cancellation refund will be due, if guest requests cancellation.

We do kindly expect all our guests to respect our cancelation policy and we do strongly recommend to all of our guests to have travel insurance.
