This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 873 sqft gulf-front condo sits on the 7th floor with a direct, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico — close enough from your private balcony to feel the rhythm of the waves and watch the sugar-white sand stretch out below. No streets to cross, no long walks — just step out of the resort and you're already on the beach.

Unit 707's Classic Coastal design brings warm, timeless beach style to every corner. The layout is thoughtfully designed for families and groups: a king bed in the master, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and brand new bunk beds in the hallway — comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Whether you're booking a Destin beachfront rental for a family vacation, a couple's getaway, or a friends trip, Unit 707 delivers that perfect mix of comfort and location.

At the 7th floor, you're elevated above the beach bustle but still close enough that the gulf feels personal and intimate — not distant. Mornings on the balcony with coffee, evenings watching the sun sink into the emerald water. You'll lose track of time out there, and that's exactly the point.

Inside your Pelican Beach Resort condo rental you'll find everything you need:

1) Two new smart TVs — living room and master bedroom, both with Cable TV
2) Full kitchen: coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and complete kitchenware

A brand new outdoor pool recently opened and guests have loved it. The beach is right there — no streets, no crosswalks, just a straight shot from the resort to the Gulf. Note: front beach umbrellas and chairs can be rented directly from Pelican Beach Resort — early booking strongly recommended during peak season.

We're reachable 7/24 — email, text, or call — and Pelican Beach Resort has on-site maintenance so you won't be left dealing with any issues alone. We want this to be your home away from home, and we mean it.

IMPORTANT: Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.

Cancellation Policy

1. In the event Guests wishes to terminate their booking, any processing or administrative fees are non-refundable.
   • Fifty percent of the total rental amount, Prepayment, excluding any processing or administrative fees will be refunded, if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the confirmed booking and at least 30 full days prior to listing's local check-in time.
   • If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, no refund will be provided for the fees already paid by the Guest(s).
   • Refunds due to Hurricanes occur, if there is a Mandatory Evacuation Order of the property and is pro-rated to include paid but unspent nights in the property after the Mandatory Evacuation Order provided by County officials.
   • If this is a changed/rescheduled reservation where we already waived cancellation fees and rescheduled, no cancellation refund will be due, if guest requests cancellation.

We do kindly expect all our guests to respect our cancelation policy and we do strongly recommend to all of our guests to have travel insurance.
