Our condos and information

Mehmet Ozan Cili, a sole proprietor trading as Destin Condo Getaways, offers information and direct booking for privately owned Units 707 and 1006 at Pelican Beach Resort in Destin, Florida. Destiny Blue presents these two units and owner-approved information; it does not search all accommodations in Destin. We do not control outside attractions, carriers or services.

The app answers questions from owner-approved information, checks live availability and quoted totals, and searches flexible periods. It may suggest a shorter stay closer to your budget. Results can include photos and links to checkout on our website. It cannot take payment, reserve or hold dates, contact Ozan, access an existing booking, or change or cancel one. Nothing is reserved or paid inside ChatGPT.

If an option differs from your requested dates, length or budget, review that difference before booking. A suggestion does not mean the original request was satisfied.

Booking and prices

A reservation exists only after you complete OwnerRez checkout, meet the acceptance and payment requirements displayed there, and receive confirmation. Stripe handles payment through that checkout. A card, answer or link alone does not reserve a condo.

Prices and availability may change before confirmation. If an app quote and checkout differ, the price, dates, party size, fees and rental terms displayed at checkout and accepted before confirmation control. Review them before paying and contact us if something appears wrong. Once confirmed, the accepted rental agreement and confirmation govern; a later app quote or website-terms update does not alter them.

Stay charges and policies

For direct bookings, the current stay terms require a 20% non-refundable deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. A cancellation more than 30 days before arrival refunds other amounts paid but not the booking deposit. A cancellation 30 days or fewer before arrival receives no refund. If an official mandatory evacuation occurs during your stay and you evacuate, unused nights are refunded. A direct booking already rescheduled as a courtesy is not refunded if later cancelled. Your accepted rental agreement controls an actual booking or dispute.

The fixed cleaning fee is $175. Combined state and tourist tax is 13% on rent plus the cleaning fee, not on the refundable damage deposit. A $300 damage deposit is collected and refundable, subject to identified damage under the rental terms. If none is identified, we normally initiate the refund about 48 hours after checkout; a bank or processor may take roughly 5–10 business days to post it. The booking checkout shows the complete total, amount due now, later balance and deposit before you accept it. Optional third-party travel insurance may be offered; read its own coverage conditions.

Each unit allows no more than six guests, including infants. An additional $20 per night applies for each guest above four. The minimum renter age is 25 unless married. No pets, parties or events are allowed. Smoking and vaping are prohibited under the applicable condo and resort rules; a violation may incur a $250 fee. Brief visitors require Ozan's advance approval and front-desk registration. Review all current house rules and charges in the rental agreement before booking.

AI answers and important decisions

Destiny Blue uses AI and can misunderstand a date, party size, budget or question. Answers can be inaccurate or outdated even when supported by approved information or live tools. Photos and recommendations do not establish availability. Check your stay details and terms at checkout; confirm an important amenity, accessibility need or special request with Ozan before relying on it.

An AI answer does not waive a fee, alter a cancellation policy, authorize an exception or confirm a booking change. For an emergency or evacuation, contact emergency services and follow official instructions. Destiny Blue is not an emergency-monitoring service.

Acceptable use

You may use the website and app for legitimate travel inquiries and booking planning. Normal use through ChatGPT and other supported clients is permitted. Do not scrape or bulk-extract inventory, prices, content or tool results without written permission, evade rate limits or access controls, overload the service, probe private bookings, submit malicious code, or seek door codes, credentials, payment information or other guests' data.

We may restrict access as reasonably needed for abuse, security, legal requirements or operation. Restricting website or app access does not cancel an existing reservation or change its rental agreement.

Service, external links and content

Website and app features may be updated, interrupted or discontinued for maintenance, network or provider reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. For direct help when Destiny is unavailable, use our support contact below. Website chat and voice can answer questions and may offer an owner handoff, but a conversation alone does not confirm a reservation or a booking change.

External booking, activity, car-rental, flight and restaurant providers have their own terms. Our site includes affiliate links to TripShock, DiscoverCars and Aviasales or Travelpayouts; we may earn commissions from qualifying referrals. Sharing an individual stay option for personal planning is allowed, but bulk copying, resale or misuse of protected content and images is not.

Legal terms and changes

To the extent the law permits, the website and app are provided as available without a guarantee that all information is error-free, complete or uninterrupted. These information-service limits do not replace the accepted rental agreement or mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from use of the website or ChatGPT app. This does not cap amounts owed for a confirmed stay or refund under the rental agreement, or exclude fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by our negligence, or another non-excludable duty or remedy.

Florida law governs these website-use terms unless applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes about them may be brought in state court in Okaloosa County, Florida, or a federal court with jurisdiction there. We will post revised terms and update the effective date; changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter a confirmed rental agreement. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest applies to the extent permitted by law.
