Support

Hours and response times

Destiny Blue is available by chat and voice 24/7. Ozan can be reached by phone or email. We aim to send an initial human reply within one hour from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Central Time, and within approximately six hours overnight. An initial reply may not resolve a complex issue. For an urgent issue during a stay, call the same phone number.

Booking questions and existing reservations

Include your stay dates, condo number if known, and a short description. For an existing reservation, privately provide your booking reference or the email used to book. We may verify your identity before discussing booking details. Tell us what change or cancellation you request; sending a request does not confirm it or extend a deadline. If checkout or payment seems to have failed, contact us before trying another payment.

Never email or send ordinary chat messages with card numbers, passwords, door codes, identity documents or private guest-access links.

Destiny Blue in ChatGPT

The app can answer condo and area questions, check live availability and totals, and search flexible dates for Units 707 and 1006. It cannot reserve or hold a stay, take payment, contact Ozan, or see or change an existing booking. Asking the app to notify us does not send a support request; please call or email instead.

Booking happens through our OwnerRez checkout after you follow a link. Review the dates, guests, total, deposit and rental terms. An answer, card or link alone does not reserve dates. If checkout differs from the app, contact us before paying.

Report an incorrect answer or app problem

Email ozan@destincondogetaways.com with Destiny Blue issue in the subject. Include the relevant question and answer, what seems wrong, and the approximate time with your timezone. For a quote issue, include the requested dates, stay length, party size and budget. A redacted screenshot can help. Do not send an entire conversation or unrelated personal details.

We can investigate our app's information, quotes and checkout handoff. For ChatGPT login, billing, account or platform access problems, use OpenAI's Help Center. Feedback submitted inside ChatGPT is not guaranteed to reach our support inbox.

Privacy requests

Email ozan@destincondogetaways.com with Privacy request in the subject. Say whether you seek access, correction or deletion and whether the request concerns ChatGPT, website chat or voice, support correspondence or a reservation. For app activity, include approximate date and time with timezone. We may ask for limited information to locate and verify records. We complete valid deletion requests for identifiable live assistant logs within 30 days, subject to law. We cannot delete your ChatGPT chats or OpenAI-held data for you; see our Privacy Policy.

To stop sending new app requests, disconnect Destiny Blue in ChatGPT Settings under Apps or Plugins, where available. Removing a plugin may not remove a separate app connection. Disconnecting does not delete records already collected.

Emergencies and urgent stay help

For a fire, medical emergency, immediate danger or crime in progress, call 911 first. Give the location as Pelican Beach Resort, 1002 US-98, Destin, FL 32541, and your unit number. Then call Ozan when safe. For an urgent issue without immediate danger, such as a lockout or active leak, call (972) 357-4262. Follow official instructions for evacuation or severe weather. ChatGPT and Destiny Blue do not monitor emergencies.

Accessibility and special requests

Contact Ozan directly before booking to confirm a specific accessibility need or other special request. Describe the feature or arrangement you need; you do not need to send a diagnosis or medical records. We will explain what we can verify for the condo and which resort features are controlled by others.
